You Must Be Born Again!

Scripture Text: “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God’” – John 3:3 (KJV)

Jesus told Nicodemus a non-negotiable law of God’s kingdom - entry is not by good works, religion, family background, or personal effort. It is by being “born again.” 

This new birth is spiritual. Just as you were born physically once, you need a second birth of the Spirit, this happens when you recognize your need for God, turn from sin, and trust Jesus as Lord and Savior.

The law of the kingdom is grace through faith. God does not grade your performance; He offers new life to all who come to Him through Christ.

When you are born again, you don’t just get a better life, you get a new nature, a new family, and the right to see and enter God’s kingdom.

If you have never surrendered your life to Jesus, hear this clearly: nothing else will give your soul rest. Religion, success, and morality are good, but they cannot give you a new heart. Jesus alone can. 

Don’t wait until you feel “good enough.” Come as you are. The kingdom law is an open invitation: “Whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). 

Today is the day to receive that new birth and find rest for your soul.

As a believer, when sharing this truth, about the new birth, speak with humility and love, not argument or condemnation. 

Remember, it is the Holy Spirit who convicts, not our forceful words. Point people to Jesus, not to your own goodness. 

Moreover, learn to be patient, listen, and let your life match your message. A soul is won by truth spoken in love.

Say This Prayer 🙏 

Lord Jesus, thank You for the law of Your kingdom that offers new birth to all who believe. I admit I cannot save myself. Today I turn from my sin and trust You as my Lord and Savior. Give me a new heart by Your Spirit, make me Your child and help me live for You.
