Time is one of God’s greatest gifts to man, yet it is also one of the most abused. Many waste time as though it has no value, forgetting that time is life, and life is time. To waste time is to waste a portion of your life. Every day God gives you is a divine opportunity to grow, serve, build, and fulfill purpose.
The Bible says: “See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.” Ephesians 5:15–16 (KJV)
To redeem the time means to make the most of every opportunity. It is living intentionally, not carelessly. It means understanding that every hour matters in God’s plan for your life.
Jesus understood the value of time. He said in John 9:4, “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day...”
Jesus knew His assignment had timing. He was never careless with purpose.
Beloved, procrastination is a thief. Delay can rob destiny. Many have great dreams but poor use of time. What you do daily determines what you become eventually.
Don’t spend your life chasing distractions. Invest your time in what builds your spirit, strengthens your purpose, and advances God’s kingdom.
One way God shapes a man is when a man delights in fellowship with him. Use this guide; PAUSE AND GROW for a meaningful quiet time with God.
Your time is your seed. Sow it wisely.
Say This Prayer🙏
Father, in Jesus’ name, grant me the grace to value time and use it according to Your will. Deliver me from laziness, distraction, and procrastination.
Help me to walk in wisdom, fulfill my assignment, and maximize every opportunity You place before me, and let my life count for Your glory. IJN -Amen.
If this blessed you, share this with someone. It may be the reminder they need to rise and make their time count.
