Scripture Text: “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” – 2 Peter 3:9 (KJV)

Beloved, welcome to THE LIVING BREAD
We pray that today's message ignites something within you empowering you to manifest the kingdom life and fulfill the extraordinary purpose God has for you. Let's dive to today's message: GOD IS NEVER LATE
It's obvious that situations and troubles we face daily in life, often challenges our patience. Usually we pray, hope, and wait, and wondering why God seems to delay His answers.
Yet, scriptures shows us that's God’s timing is perfect, and He is never late.
He operates on a divine schedule, which is beyond our understanding.
He orchestrates events for His glory and our ultimate good.
The Bible in Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:"
In John 11, we read that Mary and Martha sent words to Jesus that their brother Lazarus was gravely ill.
Yet Jesus delayed His visit, and Lazarus died. To this sisters, it seemed like Jesus had come too late.
However, when Jesus arrived, He performed a greater miracle by raising Lazarus from the dead, declaring, “I am the resurrection, and the life” as recorded in John 11:25, KJV.
What appeared as a delay was actually an opportunity to reveal God’s power. Also, the scripture text (2 Peter 3:9) reminds us that God’s delays are not neglect.
His timing reflects His patience and purpose, he is often working in ways we cannot see.
God is not constrained by human schedules; and His perspective is eternal. Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, “He hath made every thing beautiful in his time.”
Meanwhile, trusting God’s timing means you believe He knows what is best for you, even when the wait is hard.
God’s “delay” often serves a purpose in our lives - either to build your faith, prepare you for His blessings, or accomplish a greater plan.
In the case of Abraham and Sarah we saw they waited decades for the promise of a son, but God fulfilled His word in His perfect time (Genesis 21:1-2).
Beloved! As you wait on God, always remember that He is ever faithful;
His promises never fail, and His timing is always perfect.
He is never early, and He is never late.
So, trust Him to work in His way and in His time.
Isaiah 55:8 says, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD."
