In the world of real estate, a title deed is a document that proves ownership of a property. It signifies that the owner has full rights to the land, property, or assets described in the deed.

When we receive a title deed, it's a confirmation of our ownership and authority over what belongs to us.

As believers, we have received a spiritual title deed that confirms our ownership of heavenly riches and inheritance.

According to our scripture text (2 Peter 1:3), we believe that through faith in Christ, we have been given "all things that pertain to life and godliness" .

Our heavenly Father has lavished His riches upon us, making us joint-heirs with Christ.

So, we are heirs of God, with Christ as our elder brother, and we will inherit all things through Him.

The Bible says, "The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ" (Romans 8:16-17).

This is our title deed, our proof of ownership of spiritual riches and heavenly assets.

However, many believers struggle to believe in this provision due to lack of knowledge or conviction.

They may feel like they're just scraping by, unaware of the vast wealth and resources available to them in Christ.

Yet, we have a seal of the Holy Spirit, who testifies that we are God's children.

Ephesians 1:13-14 - "In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory."

This seal is like a title deed, confirming our ownership of spiritual riches and heavenly assets.

To manifest God's promises, we need to therefore, do away with unbelief and embrace faith in the finished work of the cross.

The Bible says, "For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it." - Hebrews 4:2 (KJV)

We must believe that God is who He says He is, and that He will do what He says He will do.

It was Wade Martin Hughes, Sr. who said

Faith is our Title Deed... Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Faith in God is non negotiable. Faith in God is a universal currency that grants every child of God permission to His throne and acces to eternal inheritance and riches that are in Christ Jesus.

Beloved! You have the Title Deed!!
