DEVOTIONAL
Have you ever stood in front of a refrigerator full of food and still said, “There is nothing to eat”? The problem was not necessarily the absence of food; it was the failure to recognize what was already available. In the same way, a believer can spend years looking outward for what God has already deposited inwardly. We keep searching for strength, wisdom, grace, ideas, courage, opportunities, and solutions somewhere outside us, while Christ lives within us.

Scripture declares, “Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27). Notice the language: Christ in you. Not merely Christ around you. Not only Christ before you. Christ in you. This means your spiritual life is not designed to be sustained entirely by external circumstances.
There is a divine treasure within you. There is grace within you for the assignment God has given you. There is wisdom available to you through the Spirit. There is strength to keep moving when your feelings say, “I cannot.”
Paul said in 2 Corinthians 4:7, “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.” You may look ordinary on the outside, but there is something extraordinary within you. Your vessel may be clay, but the treasure is divine. Your circumstances may look small, but the God within you is not small.
The words of Watchman Nee,
The wealth of the Christian is not in what he possesses, but in what he is in Christ.
Now think about a seed— When you hold it in your hand, it looks insignificant. Yet inside that tiny seed is the potential for something much larger. The tree is not visible, but its potential is already present. Likewise, stop measuring your future only by what you can presently see. 1 John 4:4 says, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”

Your greatest resource is not always something you need to receive from outside; sometimes it is something you need to discover, develop, and release from within.
Every man's world begins from within. Before a building becomes visible, it exists first as an idea in someone's heart. Before a book reaches people's hands, it lives first in the writer's mind. Before a ministry touches nations, there is first a divine burden within someone's spirit. What God has placed inside you may be waiting for your faith, discipline, obedience, and courage to give it expression.
So, stop constantly asking, “What am I missing?” and begin asking, “Lord, what have You already placed within me?” You may discover that you have more grace than you thought, more wisdom than you realized, more strength than your circumstances suggested, and exceeding potential than fear has allowed you to explore.

You have more than enough—not because you are sufficient in yourself, but because Christ in you is sufficient.

Father, IJN: Open my eyes to recognize the treasures You have placed within me. Help me stop overlooking what Your grace has already provided.
Father, IJN: Let the reality of Christ in me become stronger than my awareness of my limitations. Teach me to draw from Your wisdom, strength, and grace.
Father, IJN: Give me courage and discipline to develop what You have deposited in me and use it faithfully for Your glory. Let my inner potential become visible through obedience.

ASSIGNMENT
Take 15 minutes today and write down five things God has already placed within you—a gift, skill, idea, experience, spiritual grace, opportunity, or strength. Then choose one and take a practical step toward developing or using it today.
You are not empty. You are carrying something from God that the world needs.
Your circumstances do not have the final word about your capacity. Look again. Pray again. Search within. There is treasure in the vessel. Christ is in you, and His presence changes what is possible through you.
