Welcome to THE LIVING BREAD.
We pray that today's message Ignites something within you, Empowering you to manifest the Kingdom Life, and fulfill the Extraordinary Purpose God has for you.
Let's Now delve into Today's Message Titled:GROW UP!
Spiritual growth is an inevitable part of our journey with God. As believers, we are called to grow in grace, in knowledge, and in maturity.
The Apostle Paul emphasizes this truth in 1 Corinthians 13:11, where he acknowledges that spiritual maturity involves a process of putting away childish things.
That's why as believers we must move beyond the limitations of spiritual immaturity and step into the fullness of what God has called us to.
Meanwhile, the process of growth is not always comfortable. Think about the way children grow: there are times when they must leave behind their old toys, their old ways of thinking, and their childish habits.
But this growth is necessary for them to walk into adulthood and fulfill their potential.
In the same way, God calls us to let go of the "childish things" that hinder our spiritual growth, such as immaturity, selfishness, and a lack of responsibility.
It was John Maxwell who said,
The mark of maturity is not age; it is the ability to handle the challenges of life with faith, wisdom, and love.
Beloved, as you reflect on your walk with Christ, ask yourself: “Am I resisting the growth process?” Sometimes, we cling to familiar comfort zones because the process of growth feels too painful or difficult.
However, spiritual growth requires us to go through seasons of challenge, pruning, and transformation.
Now consider the example of Jesus. He didn’t stay a child; He grew in wisdom and stature (Luke 2:52). From His infancy to His ministry, He learned obedience through suffering and lived a life of spiritual maturity.
Similarly, God uses our circumstances to teach us valuable lessons and mature our faith.
You are not meant to stay in a spiritual cradle forever. God desires for you to grow up and walk in the full understanding of who you are in Christ. You are called to greater things, but those things come through maturity—both in your faith and in your character.
The secret place of growth is where you develop strength, endurance, and deep-rooted wisdom, not the public platforms where people see your success.
POINTS OF REFLECTION
1. Am I resisting the process God is using to prepare me?
2. Do I value the secret place of growth or only public platforms?
3.What lesson is God teaching me in my current season of challenge?

ASSIGNMENT
Take some time this week to reflect on your spiritual growth. What areas of your life is God calling you to mature in?
Identify one area where you need to put away childish things (selfishness, impatience, etc.) and commit to growing in that area.
Begin with prayer and intentionally seek God’s guidance for growth in this season.
Maturity is not about how long you’ve been a believer, but how well you reflect Christ in your actions and choices.
