Scripture Text: "For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure."Philippians 2:13 (KJV).

Have you ever felt like you're not good enough or capable enough to achieve your goals? Maybe you've been trying to make a difference in your community or pursue a dream, but you feel like you're hitting a brick wall. The good news is that God is at work in you, and He is capable of doing far more than you could ever imagine.

As the apostle Paul wrote in the Scripture Text (Philippians 2:13), "For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure."

This tells us that God is not some sort of a distant observer, but an active participant in your life. He is working in you to shape your desires, guide your decisions, and empower you to take action.

As the renowned minister, Billy Graham, once said,

God's will is not something we discover in a book or in a church. It is something we discover in the midst of life's experiences.

This is to say that God's will is not a static plan, but a dynamic process that unfolds as we walk with Him.

Recall that when Jesus was on earth, He relied on the power of the Holy Spirit to fulfill God's calling. As He said in John 5:19, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise."

Jesus recognized that His power and ability came from God, and He lived in dependence on Him. In the same way, we can do nothing of ourselves, but with God's power and guidance, we can achieve great things.

As Hannah said in 1 Samuel 2:9, "He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail."

Beloved! It's not by our own strength or abilities that we prevail, but by God's power working in us.
